St Anne's Guest House is situated in the village of Heacham, Norfolk. Just set back from the sea front and close to the seaside town of Hunstanton, St Anne's is just a short drive from the Queen's Royal Estate at Sandringham. No visit is complete without a visit to Sandringham House, the favourite home of the Royals.

There are two local championship golf courses and the area is a very popular location for sailing, windsurfing and water-skiing enthusiasts. Bird watchers have wonderful reserves close by at Titchwell and Snettisham and the World famous Norfolk Lavender is based here in Heacham.

St Anne's Guest House was built in 1896 as a large family home; it still has that warm and friendly atmosphere,
